This programme is designed to take your throw from inconsistent to repeatable through a structured coaching process.

It starts with a full DART Framework™ analysis of your throw, identifying exactly what needs improving across Delivery, Alignment, Release, Targeting, Rhythm & Timing, and Mental Game.

From there, we build a 5-session coaching plan tailored specifically to you. Each session focuses on a key area of your throw, working step-by-step to improve technique, consistency, and confidence.

This isn’t a one-off lesson or quick tips — it’s a structured development programme. Each session builds on the last, allowing you to make real changes and embed them into your throw.

By the end of the programme, you’ll have:

Despite not re-inventing the wheel, Paul was top class with regards to the tweaks that paid dividends almost immediately. Great for raising your game, or just ensuring you are on the right trajectory. 10/10

Loved my online session with Paul from Big Talk Darts.

He’s easy to get on with straight away, which helps when you’re talking through your throw and what’s not quite clicking. He’d already watched some clips I sent over beforehand, so we got straight into it.

What I liked was that he listened to what I thought needed work, focused on that, but also picked up on a couple of things I hadn’t noticed myself. Nothing overcomplicated — just clear, useful advice you can actually take to the board.

You also don’t feel like it just ends when the session finishes — he made it clear he’s there if you need anything afterwards, which is a nice touch.

It’s also reassuring that he plays to a strong standard himself, and if you’ve seen his TikTok stuff you’ve already got a feel for how he comes across and how he coaches, which helps.

Price is very fair as well. Would definitely recommend.

My son has had 2 lessons with Paul. Paul is very patient and sets up practices that are both fun and challenging. My son has gained in confidence from having lessons with Paul and we can already see an improvement in his game. Would highly recommend
